The Virology laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine of Reims offers a postdoctoral internship in Virology. 

The internship will start on September 1, 2023. 

The post-doctoral fellow will be in charge of developing and experimenting new methodologies in the framework of a fundamental virology project on epitranscriptomics.

The Biosciences and Bioengineering for Health research unit (www.BGE-lab.fr/) (UA13 Inserm-CEA-UGA) is opening a competition for a CEA researcher position in biology at the CEA-Grenoble site.

A 2-year research engineer position funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) is available in the "Translation Mechanisms" team led by Emmanuelle Schmitt and Yves Mechulam at the Structural Biology of the Cell Laboratory (BIOC) of Ecole Polytechnique, (Palaiseau).

The candidate will mainly use biochemistry and structural biology, in particular cryo-EM, to identify interactions between degradation and translation machineries.

The School of Biosciences at the University of Birmingham has an opening for a 24-month BBSRC-funded postdoctoral research position in Down syndrome cell adhesion molecule alternative splicing therapy (Dscam), available from April 3, 2023.

Inserm is immediately recruiting a Research Engineer specialized in bioproduction and cell therapy for a 12-month period (renewable).

The project consists in exploring the mechanical solicitations of adherent and non-adherent human cells cultivated by 3D methods developed in the laboratory, by testing a new bioreactor for the amplification and differentiation of stem cells. The laboratory has developed several dynamic 3D culture techniques with and without microcapsules, which can be delivered at high throughput by an automated system available in the laboratory.

A position of research engineer in protein and RNA biochemistry (one-year renewable contract) is available in the Structural Biology of the Cell laboratory, located at the École Polytechnique (Palaiseau). 

We are searching for a high-level international post-doctoral fellow to develop an innovative systems approach to the global health challenges of cardiovascular disease towards the prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of a resolution of inflammation. The candidate’s work will involve a multi-omics approach, by performing lipidomic, genomic, and transcriptomic analyses. The project also includes experimental work in animal models as well as human vascular tissues and cells.

A postdoctoral position is currently available in Blanco's laboratory to work on epitranscriptomic regulation of tumor growth and microenvironment crosstalk at the Salamanca Cancer Research Center.

A one-year postdoctoral position (renewable for an additional 12 months) is available immediately in the IMoPA laboratory.

The work proposed in this project will be to study the mechanisms leading to ectopic cartilage calcification in mice deficient for the Matrix Gla protein.

The start date of the contract is March 14, 2022.
