Inserm is immediately recruiting a Research Engineer specialized in bioproduction and cell therapy for a 12-month period (renewable).
The project consists in exploring the mechanical solicitations of adherent and non-adherent human cells cultivated by 3D methods developed in the laboratory, by testing a new bioreactor for the amplification and differentiation of stem cells. The laboratory has developed several dynamic 3D culture techniques with and without microcapsules, which can be delivered at high throughput by an automated system available in the laboratory.
The aim of the project will be to experimentally study the micro-rheology of cell suspensions and to identify their properties by hydrodynamic constraints in bioreactors.
Within the team, the candidate will be responsible for developing innovative technological protocols for cell culture in bioreactors, for the optimization of expansion processes. He/she will work in collaboration with the UMRS1310 team and the SME Planktovie (Marseille).
The deadline for applications is December 31, 2022.
