The Signalife Labex community is pleased to welcome you to the conference "Multiple Facets of RNA in Development and Disease" on March 16-18, 2022 at the "Grand Château" (Valrose campus, Nice).
This international conference will bring together world-renowned leaders in the rapidly expanding field of RNA biology as well as researchers and students to disseminate and discuss the latest basic and translational discoveries.

The ProteinLorraine network is organizing its first seminar of the year 2022.

Dominique Mias-Lucquin, post-doc in the Capsid team at LORIA (UL, CNRS, INRIA) will present his work entitled: « Molecular modelisation and integration of experimental data for structural studies - example of the relaxase RelSt3 ».

Seminar will be given online on Monday 24th of January at 1pm.

ProteinLorraine network is back this year with seminars organized throughout the year. The first session is scheduled for November 22nd from 12:30 to 13:30 with the following seminars :

A day of presentation of doctoral contracts in Artificial Intelligence will take place on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at INRIA at the science campus of Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy.

These contracts, launched in the fall of 2020, cover a wide range of scientific topics with the aim of bringing together knowledge and enriching exchanges between all AI players at the University of Lorraine and its partners. They are co-financed by the ANR, the Grand Est Region, LUE, CHRU, Inria, ARS, ICANS and CNRS.

Within the framework of the information cycle on the opportunities of the new Erasmus+ program, proposed in partnership with the Region, Grand Est Europe and all the universities of Grand Est, a session dedicated to higher education is planned (after the one on sport). Prof. Iouri MOTORINE (UMR7365 IMoPA and UMS2008/US40 IBSLor) in the framework of the international master M2 RNAES organizes a week of teaching dedicated to epitranscriptomics from 20 to 24 September 2021.

On this occasion, two internationally renowned researchers will be present:

The Autumn school ‘the epigenome in human health and diseases’ jointly hosted by FASEB and University of Lorraine through the LUE program, will be held in October 18-20, 2021 in a virtual format.The conference propose lectures delivered by the most prominent experts in the field and will be typically attended by young investigators completing their doctoral and postdoctoral studies as well as senior scientists.

The IMPACT Biomolecules project is organizing the « 2nd International Conference on Biomolecules and the Bioeconomy » that will be held via both visioconference (online) and onsite at the Centre de Congrès Prouvé in Nancy-France, on the 4-5 November 2021.

The BIOMAT Young Investigators Office Conference in partnership with the Quebec City Student Chapter of the Canadian Biomaterials Society (CBS-QCSC) will take place on June 21, 22 and 23, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm (GMT+2) online.

The N2EV department of the Institut Jean Lamour invites Ali KHADEMHOSSEINI, one of the leading people in the world of bioengineering (director and CEO of the Terasaki Institute), to lead a seminar: "Engineering in Precision Medicine - New materials for tissue engineering that can mimic natural tissue structure".

It will take place on Friday, June 18, by videoconference, at 5:00 pm.
