In order to promote the skills of doctors to companies in the region and to encourage their hiring, the Grand Est region has launched a new program: "Recruit your first doctor in a company". Aimed at companies in the region (SMEs and ETIs), the scheme allows eligible companies to benefit from financial aid to recruit a person who has held a doctorate for a maximum of three years, with the year of the doctorate as a reference, and who has no professional experience in a company.
The project for which the doctoral candidate is recruited must be consistent with the three transition issues, i.e. ecology and the environment, digital and industrial, and/or with the areas of the S3: technologies and equipment for industrial transition, recycling and functionalization of materials, medical biotechnologies, digital tools for health, medical devices, biosourced molecules and materials, tools and systems for the sustainable and intelligent management of natural resources, or energy systems and their performance
The amount of aid can reach a maximum of 50% of the gross salary of the doctor.
