While the Lorraine University of Excellence (LUE) program is being audited, the future is already being prepared for researchers in the Biomolecules 4.0 project (a new version of the "Impact Biomolecules" project), which is scheduled for 2028.
Backed by Biomolecules 4.0 (LUE) and already linking the University of Lorraine, CNRS, INRA and INSERM, the industrial chair project aims to link the technological innovations being tested with the expectations of industrial players in the bioeconomy on the Grand Est territory and internationally through two main actions:
- Supporting research on biomolecules for the bioeconomy;
- Training professionals in the use of these innovations on an industrial scale.
Stéphane DESOBRY, professor of food physics and chemistry at ENSAIA, is in charge of this chair project. If you are interested in this theme and would like to learn more or become a partner, please contact him.
