The NGERE laboratory is offering a three-year post-doctoral opportunity in the fields of Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (CIBD), immunology, microbiota and molecular biology, funded by the IHU Infiny. The position will be supervised by Prof. Laurent PEYRIN-BIROULER and co-supervised by Dr Djésia ARNONE. The researcher will be based in Nancy with assignments in Paris, offering experience in two leading research environments.

The post-doc will carry out experiments on human and murine samples, as well as cell cultures. He/she will also be responsible for data analysis, report writing and publication of results. The candidate will design innovative experiments to study interactions between the microbiota, the exposome and IBD.

The candidate must hold a PhD in Immunology and have experience in flow cytometry, microbiome analysis, cell culture and animal experimentation (germ-free mice). Fluency in French and English is essential.

The position is based at the NGERE laboratory, located at the Université de Lorraine in Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy, with occasional assignments in Paris.
