The college of doctoral students of the BMS Pole is called to vote during the electronic ballot of November 23 and 24, 2021.
In this context, the annual registration of doctoral students wishing to be candidates and/or voters must be completed by Monday, October 18, 2021 at the latest. Indeed, it is on this date that the electoral lists will be extracted and established by the Legal Affairs Department of the Université de Lorraine.
Doctoral students who will be registered after this date can however be added to the lists (it will be necessary to declare themselves at daj-elections-contact [at] univ-lorraine.fr) until Wednesday, November 17, 2021, 12:00 am at the latest.
Any doctoral student not registered or not reported to daj-elections-contact [at] univ-lorraine.fr between October 19 and November 17, 12h00 will not be able to take part in the vote. No request made after this date will be taken into account. This also implies that the students / PhD students must be registered for the academic year 2021/2022 at this date to be able to take part in this vote.
Please note that the deadline for submitting candidacies for this election is Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 4:00 pm.
