On June 30, the government officially announced the results of the Initiatives of Excellence (IDEX) and Science-Innovation-Territory-Economy Initiatives (ISITE) juries.
The Lorraine University of Excellence (LUE) initiative, led by the University of Lorraine and its partners (CNRS, Inrae, Inria, Inserm, le CHRU, Georgia Tech Lorraine, AgroParisTech) has been definitively confirmed at the end of the 2016-2021 probationary period.
This decision testifies to the excellence of research and higher education in Lorraine. Shared by all the region's scientific players, this success is part of a lasting dynamic.
The University of Lorraine is the first university to be awarded an ISITE (Science-Innovation-Territory-Economy Initiative).
