The Infiny University Hospital Institute, dedicated to chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), is hosting its annual scientific event in October: FUTURES 2025 Days, centered around two key events.
October 15, 2025 : Annual scientific symposium
A day combining fundamental, translational, and clinical approaches, organized around three main sessions:
- Gut-brain
- Digestive imaging
- Personalized therapies
The conference will open with an inaugural lecture by Francisca Joly, Professor of Nutrition and Gastroenterology at Beaujon Hospital (AP-HP), President of the SFNCM and author of the book “L'intestin, ce deuxième cerveau” (The Gut, the Second Brain).
⚠️ Call for papers open until September 15, 2025.
October 16 and 17, 2025 : IHU – NGERE 2025 Fall School
Organized by the IHU and the NGERE laboratory, this school is aimed at young researchers, clinicians, and students. It will offer interactive courses and workshops.
The theme for 2025 will focus on the gut-brain connection.
⚠️ Places are limited to 20 participants (registration is now open).
These two events illustrate the commitment of IHU Infiny and its founding members to strengthening dialogue between research, clinical practice, and society, and to contributing to the training of the next generation of researchers and clinicians involved in IBD.
