The DCAC laboratory is pleased to announce the organization of a half-day seminar dedicated to spatial biology and advanced imaging and microscopy techniques.
The main objective of this event is to bring together our scientific community to explore the impact of spatial context on biological systems. Researchers, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and associated staff are invited to present their ongoing work and share their expertise.
The scientific program will be interdisciplinary and will cover the spatial dimension across all scales of biological organization :
- Molecules and subcellular structures (e.g., single-molecule localization, spatial transcriptomics)
- Cells and microenvironments (e.g., live-cell imaging, cell–cell interactions)
- Tissues and organs (e.g., multiplex tissue profiling, histology)
- Whole organisms (e.g., macro-imaging, tissue clearing, and whole-organism mapping)
On this occasion, representatives from Miltenyi will present their advanced 2D and 3D spatial biology technologies.
Call for Short Presentations (10–15 minutes) : If you or members of your team work with spatial biology data, develop new imaging workflows, or use microscopy to map biological structures, we warmly encourage you to contribute.
