As part of the Science Festival, the IADI research laboratory (specialized in MRI), Nancyclotep (specialized in nuclear medicine) and the CIC-IT (specialized in clinical studies) are jointly organizing an event for the general public on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the MRI platform of the Nancy Brabois University Hospital.
Their ambition: to share their knowledge and work with you through interactive games, role-playing and fun activities to present the challenges of their studies, the technological prowess and the progress already made thanks to their research.
It's your turn to discover how an MRI works, how speech is imaged, how the human body is electrically charged, how radiotracers are produced, how molecular imaging works, and how medical imaging research is carried out. Organized in free workshops, to visit as you wish, for adults, teenagers and children, "Medical Imaging at the Heart of Research" is a unique opportunity to meet researchers face to face and to experience with them original demonstrations to understand how they want to do you good!
