A course on systems biology and omics data modeling is offered from December 4 to 8, 2023.
The course is on the COBRA (Constraint-Based Reconstruction and Analysis) method and its applications for personalized medicine and simulation of host-microbiota interactions.
Experience in systems biology is not strictly necessary. The course is limited to 20 participants.
It is open to all and registration is free for Université de Lorraine staff.
